We sweat the details, so the 612 (612 is Minneapolis’ area code) is cold forged instead of melt forged, allowing for a better grain structure in the metal and producing a stronger and more durable part. It utilizes the classic JIS square taper spindle and comes with a color matched 46 tooth 1/8th chainring. Use it on the street, use it on the boards. Whatever you throw at it, the 612 Track Crank can handle.

° 612 Track Chainrings
612 track rings are the perfect compliment to any 144BCD crankset. They are made from 7000 series aluminum and feature a durable and lovely anodized finish.
We are making them in popular and not so popular sizes that we hope to popularize. Ever ride a 42X16? I do and can tell you that it’s an awesome around town or freestyle gear, but until now 144BCD 42 tooth rings have been nigh impossible to find (believe me I’ve tried).
Maybe you ride a 44X16 on the street, but it’s a little tall and you’d like more skid patches to save on tire wear. So try our 43 tooth ring. It’s a prime number and when paired with a 16 makes a great city ratio.

° 314 Messenger Chainring
Named for our good friend and 17 year Minneapolis Messenger veteran, Tim Gellerman. The 314 (3.14 or Pi was his messenger nickname) Messenger ring is manufactured from the same high grade 7000 series alloy as the 612 Track ring but features the popular 130 BCD.
Maybe you already own a “messenger” crankset and need a ring that won’t cost you an arm and a leg, or maybe you’ve got a road crankset that you’re converting to single or fixed use. Either way the 314 is perfect for the application.

Miche’s new Advanced track Crank returns to the 144mm bolt pattern standard for chainrings. It’s available in arm length 165 mm.
